PCM Services is a growing commercial paving company serving the DMV market, and we’re looking for an experienced Superintendent who’s ready to lead from the front. If you know asphalt, know your crew, and take pride in getting projects done right — we want to talk.

This role puts you in charge of day-to-day field operations across multiple job sites. You’ll manage crews, coordinate equipment and materials, enforce safety, and make sure every project gets delivered on time, on budget, and up to our standards.

• Location: Field-based (limited office time)
• Schedule: Full-time; days, nights, and weekends as project needs require
• In-Season Hours: 50–70 per week
• Off-Season Hours: 30–40 per week
