Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting; 2 years AR, billing, bookkeeping, or accounting experience required.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers and internal departments.
• Experience with customer portals, invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices in a timely manner.
• Review documents prior to billing and verify pricing, taxes, discounts, and terms.
• Match invoices to POs, BOLs, delivery proofs, and other docs for accuracy.
• Submit invoices through customer portals and monitor submission requirements.
• Monitor AR aging and contact customers on outstanding balances.
• Process credit memos, adjustments, and invoice corrections with proper authorization.
• Support month-end closing and prepare AR aging schedules and reconciliations.
