Responsibilities

Travel to customer locations to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair Miele equipment.
Level and adjust equipment including plumbing, gas and electrical connections.
Install and instruct customers on proper use of equipment.
Maintain and organize company vehicle, parts, and tools.
Complete service calls and warranty documentation accurately and timely.
Maintain parts inventory by ordering replacements as necessary.
Uphold safety and cleanliness standards in customer's homes.
