Bryten's Avani North community in Tucson, AZ is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to safeguard residents’ comfort and safety. You’ll perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and make-ready tasks to keep the property in top condition.

Qualifications

Previous apartment maintenance or related experience preferred.
HVAC certification preferred; additional certifications are a plus.
Basic computer and mobile tech skills for work order systems.

Responsibilities

Complete service requests and work orders promptly and professionally.
Diagnose and repair plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and other systems.
Perform preventative maintenance on buildings, grounds, and common areas.
Prepare vacant homes for new residents with make-ready processes.
Conduct routine inspections for safety and upkeep.
Assist with on-call emergency maintenance as needed.
Maintain records of work orders, inspections, and inventory.
Communicate with residents, vendors, and team members effectively.
