Job summary
Avilla Camelback Ranch is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to uphold a safe, comfortable living environment. You’ll handle repairs, preventive maintenance, make-readies, and routine inspections while maintaining records and supporting on-call needs.
Ideal candidates have apartment or facilities maintenance experience, strong problem-solving, and good communication with residents and vendors. On-site work required.
Qualifications
- HVAC certification preferred; other industry certs are a plus.
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances and carpentry.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and service orientation.
Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance repairs and preventive maintenance on the property.
- Prepare vacants, complete make-ready and turnover tasks.
- Diagnose issues in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and appliances.
- Keep records of work orders, inspections and inventory.
- Respond to emergencies and participate in on-call rotation.
