Job summary

AIR Communities is hiring a Maintenance Technician to work onsite at Oceanside Lantana in Lantana, FL. You will handle resident service requests, perform apartment turns, and maintain plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliances, working with a team to keep communities well-maintained.

We offer an hourly rate of $21, monthly service bonuses up to $250, 50% rent discount, and opportunities for growth and training within AIR’s maintenance programs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of maintenance experience in facilities or building environments.
• Proficient in at least two technical trades (plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, carpentry, etc.).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service to residents and assist team members.
• Follow AIR’s process for completing apartment turns for move-in readiness.
• Perform resident-requested repairs and routine maintenance on plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, etc.
