Job summary

Bender Companies in Lansing is seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at its properties. The successful candidate will manage service requests, oversee unit turnovers, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

The ideal applicant will have 2–3 years of residential maintenance experience, including supervisory skills, and should be organized and solutions-oriented. Benefits include employer-paid insurance, 401K, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in residential maintenance, including team leadership or supervisory experience.
• Passion and ability to lead and develop team members.
• EPA certification, HVAC license, or other relevant credentials are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of property maintenance operations.
• Manage service requests, unit turnovers, preventative maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
