Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30–$35 per hour
As the Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee all aspects of property maintenance operations. You’ll manage service requests, unit turnovers, preventative maintenance, vendor relationships, and the daily workflow of the maintenance team. This role requires both strong leadership and a hands‑on approach to ensure the property is maintained to the highest standards, and all resident concerns are addressed quickly and professionally.
You will work closely with the Property Manager to meet operational goals, improve maintenance processes, and maintain compliance with safety and building regulations.
This position will require you to work on‑site at the property in Lansing.
