The ideal candidate has 1+ year of apartment maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently as part of a team. This full-time on-site position offers a hourly pay range of $20–$24 with a schedule from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, and

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in apartment maintenance, facilities, or residential construction.
• Strong troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and follow directions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine property inspections to identify and address maintenance issues proactively.
• Complete resident service requests and work orders promptly and professionally.
• Maintain property grounds by removing trash, leaves, branches, etc.
• Support unit turnovers and make-readies, including painting, repairs, and cleaning.
• Assist preventative maintenance to extend life of systems and equipment.
• Ensure safety standards and building codes are followed.
