Job summary

FREEMAN WEBB COMPANY REALTORS, LLC is seeking a Leasing Agent to show and lease apartments to prospective Residents on-site, while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining positive resident relations.

You will learn sales techniques, accompany prospects to model apartments, discuss layouts and lease terms, and coordinate follow-up activities to convert interest into applications and signed leases.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively with prospective Residents and current residents.
• Strong focus on customer service and relationship building.
• Experience or training in leasing processes and processes for showings.
• Familiarity with residential leasing terms and facilities.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartments to prospective Residents.
• Develop and maintain resident relations through courteous on-site service.
• Learn and apply professional sales techniques.
• Accompany prospects to model apartments and discuss unit features and lease terms.
• Make follow-up calls to those who did not apply.
• Complete lease forms and collect deposits as required.
• Inspect model units daily and coordinate maintenance.
