Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Show and lease apartments using effective sales techniques.
• Generate leads through advertising, mail, and prospect follow-up.
• Understand product and local area to present models effectively.
• Learn rental policies and office procedures and perform daily admin tasks.
• Develop knowledge of property accounting procedures.
• Support promotional programs including direct mail and resident referrals.
• Perform additional assignments as directed.
