Job summary

Albert Einstein College of Medicine seeks student workers to support Reunion and Alumni Day on campus in Manhattan, with roles including registration, ushering, materials preparation, campus tours, and social media content capture. Responsibilities

• Registration: Check guests in, give out name tags and ribbons
• Usher/ Greeter: Help greet our guests and show them the way if needed
• Runner: An extra set of hands to help if any issues come about
• Preparing Materials: Printing, Assist in stuffing gift bags, nametags, and other materials
• Campus Tours: Assist and lead tour groups
• Recording videos and pictures for social media use; other content creation as needed
• Communications: phone calls, emails or other outreach to confirm registrations, remind attendees and speakers, etc.
• Other tasks as assigned
• Transportation shuttles: Lead alums on to the shuttles and ensure they get to the destination
