Job summary

Qualifications

  • Must be a currently enrolled student at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
  • Must be eligible for Federal Work-Study funding as determined by the Office of Student Financial Services.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Assist in reviewing, tracking, and updating curriculum maps for educational program objectives, competency, content, and assessment alignment.
  • Enter and maintain accurate data in curriculum management systems and tracking tools.
  • Cross‑reference course content in Canvas with program, course, and session learning objectives, in addition to supporting keyword tagging.
  • Help prepare materials for curriculum subcommittee meetings, as needed.
  • Conduct basic research on USMLE content expectations, LCME accreditation standards, and curriculum best practices for medical education.
  • Collaborate with faculty and staff to gather curriculum‑related information.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as organizing files, tracking changes, and generating reports.
  • Other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Submit timely and accurate time logs in accordance with Federal Work-Study requirements.
