Job summary

Atonom invites recent graduates to join as an Associate AI Operations in Provo, Utah. You will work with senior teammates to configure, deploy, and optimize AI Cloud Employees for customers, gaining hands-on experience from day one on client calls and implementations.

This entry-level role emphasizes curiosity, quick learning, and clear communication. You'll monitor deployments, translate operational needs into AI workflows, document procedures, and contribute to knowledge bases while growing

Qualifications

Recent graduate (or soon) in CS, IS, analytics, OR related field; self-taught candidates welcome.
Curious, technically capable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup setting.
Interest in LLMs and prompting, with ability to explain findings to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

Monitor, maintain, and optimize deployed AI Cloud Employees for customers.
Join client calls to understand needs and translate them into AI workflows and QA checks.
Troubleshoot issues with guidance from seniors; analyze logs and fix patterns quickly.
Document procedures, build runbooks, and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
Share product feedback with Engineering and Product teams on reliability and pain points.
