Atonom is building AI Cloud Employees that automate complex work for customers in Sales, Marketing, Support and HR. This entry-level AI Strategy Associate role is hands-on, client-facing, and designed for eager graduates with curiosity and a knack for learning quickly.

You will configure and optimize AI workflows, join client calls, and work directly with senior teammates to deliver measurable business impact from day one in Provo, Utah.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Interest in how businesses run and where tech adds value.
• Exposure to AI tools and prompt engineering basics welcome.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer business processes to identify high-impact AI deployment opportunities.
• Join client calls to translate goals into AI workflows and define success metrics.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues with guidance from seniors.
• Document outcomes and contribute to case studies and playbooks.
• Share product feedback on market patterns and pain points.
