Job summary

Estherville Red Power, Inc. seeks an experienced service technician to independently diagnose and repair agricultural and turf equipment, with potential field work and training provided. The role requires strong mechanical and hydraulic system knowledge and a valid driver’s license, with safety and reporting upheld.

You will participate in training programs, mentor trainees, and support customer clinics while maintaining vehicles and tools in good condition at the Estherville location.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems used in repair.
• Ability to perform advanced repairs using special tools per Technical Manual procedures.
• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs repeatedly.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Performs advanced diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment and established AFS products.
• Participates in Service Training programs for skill development.
• Mentors Service Technician Trainees.
• Conducts or supports customer clinics.
• Maintains knowledge of Case/IH and competitive products.
• Maintains condition of vehicles, inventory, tools and equipment.
• Follows safety rules and completes required reports and time/material records.
