Job summary

Greater Austin YMCA is seeking an on-site Program Lead to manage a school-year program and a summer camp. You will own daily operations, supervise staff, and drive program quality while ensuring a safe, engaging experience for participants.

You will build partnerships with school staff, support events, and manage grants and initiatives at the campus or camp, modeling the YMCA mission and values with students and families.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a school-based program.
• Experience supervising daily operations and ensuring safety and quality.
• Strong communication with parents, staff, and school partners.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, safety, and program quality.
• Coach and guide the on-site team; foster collaboration and growth.
• Implement schedules and curriculum including activities and outdoor play.
• Ensure licensing standards and YMCA policies are followed.
• Maintain records and support campus events and trainings.
• Act as on-site YMCA representative to students, families, and staff.
