Job summary

Canvas, Inc. is seeking a proactive Project Management Support Professional for the Arnold AFB in Tullahoma, TN. This on-site role supports the 715th Test Squadron, aiding in project planning, reporting, and administration of aerospace test projects.

The ideal candidate will have a DoD/aerospace background, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and project management software. DoD Secret clearance or ability to obtain is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in a project or program support role, preferably within a DoD or aerospace environment.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Active DoD Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of test projects, from initial concept through to data analysis and final reporting.
• Administrative & Management Support: Provide assistance and advice for the efficient management and operation of the organization, contributing to improved program management and project monitoring.
• Stakeholder Interface: Liaison between government customers, engineering teams, and project leadership to ensure clear communication and alignment of project objectives.
• Documentation & Reporting: Support the development and maintenance of project documentation, including cost reports (excel), schedules, test plans, progress reports and reviews.
• Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of management processes and procedures within the squadron.
