Job summary

Canvas Inc. is seeking an Aeropropulsion Test Manager for on-site work at Arnold AFB, TN. You will lead test programs, gather requirements with customers and SMEs, and develop schedules, budgets, and SOCs.

You will coordinate reviews, monitor progress with EVM, and ensure timely deliverables while communicating risks and opportunities to leadership. This role requires DoD familiarity, leadership, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Familiarization with DoD or Air Force test&evaluation processes.
• Experience with Earned Value Management concepts.
• Experience leading technical teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay organized.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of aeropropulsion test programs.
• Interface with customers and SMEs to gather test requirements.
• Develop ROM estimates and SOC documents.
• Track projects using Earned Value Management principles.
• Coordinate and schedule reviews (TRB, SRB, TRR) and lead TRR presentations.
