Canvas, Inc. is seeking an Aeropropulsion Test Manager to lead test programs at Arnold AFB, TN (On-site). The role collaborates with customers and SMEs to define test requirements, develop ROMs and SOCs, and track execution using EVM principles across multiple projects.

Applicants should have DoD/AEDC experience and strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. A PMP/MBA is a plus; Secret clearance is favored. The position is on-site in Tennessee with potential travel as needed.

Qualificações

• Familiarization with DoD or Air Force Test Center test & evaluation processes.
• Experience with Earned Value Management concepts.
• Experience leading technical teams on complex projects.
• Experience managing DoD/AEDC test programs and government interfaces.
• MBA or PMI/PMP certification desired.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and coordinate Aeropropulsion test programs from planning to execution.
• Interface with test customers and SMEs to determine test requirements.
• Develop ROM estimates and SOC documentation for sponsor agreements.
• Track progress using EVM principles and maintain planning docs.
• Lead TRR presentations with support from Test Engineers and Analysts.
• Prepare monthly Test Management Review materials for leadership.
