Responsibilities

• Develop Technical Requirements for capital improvement efforts and procurements.
• Review and evaluate procurement packages for technical soundness; recommend COAs.
• Provide procurement support with contracting, market research, and IDIQ contract vehicle usage.
• Prepare SOW reviews, IGE, RFI, and coordination for Industry Day events.
• Provide contract administration and program/project documentation support.
• Manage project schedules, records, and deliverables; monitor CLINs and invoicing.
