EAM Worldwide is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to support the design, configuration, manufacturing, and continuous improvement of aerospace products. The role manages engineering changes, documents, RCCA investigations, and provides engineering support across production, quality, suppliers, and customers.

The candidate will work on product testing, RCCA, and documentation, with familiarity in GD&T, BOMs, AS9100, and ERP/PDM systems.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of mechanical engineering experience; aerospace experience.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD; SolidWorks proficiency.
• Experience with engineering change management, RCCA, product testing, and technical documentation.
• Familiarity with GD&T, BOMs, and AS9100; ERP/PDM systems a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage engineering changes (ECNs/ECRs), product configurations, and BOMs.
• Create and update AutoCAD drawings, SolidWorks models, and engineering documentation.
• Troubleshoot manufacturing and product issues; perform RCCA investigations.
• Conduct product testing, analyze results, and prepare technical reports.
• Provide engineering support to production, quality, suppliers, and customers.
• Assist with pFMEAs and support POA and Boeing program requirements.
• Ensure compliance with procedures and aerospace quality standards.
