Advanced Integration Technology (AIT) is the world's largest provider of automation, factory integration and tooling solutions dedicated to the global aerospace, defense, and space launch vehicle industries.
The Maintenance Project Manager leads planning, organization and control of preventive maintenance and on-site troubleshooting, directing technicians to keep customer equipment running safely and reliably. Strong CMMS and leadership skills are essential.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of a two-year technical degree.
- CPMM Certification or a trade school apprenticeship are a plus.
- Team Leadership and Management experience preferred.
- Experience with CMMS (SAP, MAXIMO, e-Maintenance) to create work orders and schedules.
Responsibilities
- Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance to ensure equipment availability.
- Lead a team of technicians on-site for troubleshooting and minor repairs.
- Perform root cause analysis of equipment failures.
- Monitor costs by scheduling internal and external resources effectively.
- Attend customer production and planning meetings as required.
- Identify improvements and advise the customer on action plans.
