AIT is seeking a Maintenance Project Manager to direct planning, coordination, and execution of preventive maintenance and troubleshooting activities in a customer plant under a maintenance contract. The role leads the on-site AIT maintenance team, performs root cause analysis and manages costs while coordinating with customer production teams.

The candidate will oversee technicians, utilize diagnostic tools like PLCs and CAN Bus, and ensure safety compliance.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of a two-year technical degree.
• CPMM Certification or trade apprenticeship is a plus.
• Experience with CMMS (SAP, MAXIMO, e-Maintenance) to create work orders and manage maintenance data.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and execute Preventive Maintenance to ensure equipment availability.
• Lead a team of technicians in troubleshooting and minor repairs.
• Use PLCs, CAN Bus or diagnostics tools to perform root cause analysis.
• Monitor costs and schedule resources effectively.
• Attend customer meetings and identify improvement opportunities.
• Ensure safety of maintenance tasks and enforce safety policies.
• Provide training and develop maintenance technicians.
• Represent AIT on site and explore new business opportunities.
