Job summary

Advanced Integration Technology (AIT) is seeking a maintenance technician responsible for installing, servicing, and maintaining equipment to ensure smooth facility operations. The role covers diagnosing and repairing CNC machines, performing preventive maintenance, and executing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic repairs.

Responsibilities include reading blueprints, using hand and power tools, and coordinating with supervision.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Associates/Technical training in industrial maintenance preferred.
• 3–5 years related experience.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Inspect, operate, or test machinery to diagnose malfunctions.
• Perform diagnostic troubleshooting and repair of CNC machines (VMCs, lathes, mills).
• Dismantle machines to access defective parts using hoists, cranes, and hand/power tools.
• Provide emergency and scheduled maintenance repairs.
• Perform mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic troubleshooting and repair.
• Diagnose mechanical problems using blueprints and repair manuals.
• Repair machines and equipment using hammers, hoists, drills, and precision instruments.
• Perform preventive maintenance on facilities machines and equipment.
• Carry out plumbing, HVAC, and electrical functions for facilities and production equipment.
• Use a variety of hand and power tools.
• Detect faulty operations and report issues to supervision.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
