The Associate Project Manager is responsible for communicating project information to stakeholders while monitoring and controlling project scope, schedule, and budget throughout the life cycle of the project.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing detailed plans for fabrication, installation and validation of production tooling systems.
  • Project schedule creation and continued maintenance
  • Respond to inquiries from project stakeholders across a global organization
  • Develop, monitor, and report project budgets
  • Approve and disposition non-conforming products from fabrication, electrical programming, and mechanical design activities
  • Coordinate purchasing of components with internal manufacturing, external suppliers and vendors, including buy analysis
  • Responsible for approval and change of production processes
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Education and Work Experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or Engineering Technology, or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a manufacturing/engineering related field
  • 3D graphics software experience such as SolidWorks, Catia, and NX
  • Experience in an aerospace or tooling manufacturing environment

  • Defines tasks and milestones to achieve objectives, while ensuring the optimal use of resources to achieve those objectives
  • Works effectively with different levels of management, team members and customers
