Qualifications

• Bachelor degree with six years related work experience, or equivalent.
• Industry certifications/licensure may be required depending on program or accreditation.
• Ability to respond to diverse populations and situations.
• Excellent organizational skills, time management, flexibility, and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of current industry standards and state regulations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced manufacturing instruction in classroom, online, and lab settings.
• Prepare lesson plans, syllabi, and instructional materials.
• Evaluate student performance and provide timely feedback.
• Maintain accurate records (grades, attendance, training activity).
• Enforce safety standards and professional behavior.
• Develop curricula and instructional materials to meet workforce needs.
• Collaborate with faculty on instructional design and ADA compliance.
• Participate in college and community workforce initiatives.
• Support special programs and events.
