Job summary

Owensboro Community & Technical College is seeking a Master Instructor to provide advanced manufacturing training for industry employees and adult learners. The role delivers competency-based programs in the college lab and at partner sites, aligning with employer needs to help participants gain credentials and advance their careers.

The instructor will lead multi-session training, maintain curriculum and assessments, and collaborate with the Workforce Solutions team to tailor offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and six years of manufacturing work experience or equivalent.
• Associate's degree and eight years of manufacturing work experience or equivalent.
• High School diploma or GED and ten years of manufacturing work experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead hands-on training in electrical fundamentals for maintenance technicians, motor controls, PLCs, hydraulics, and robotics.
• Deliver training in OCTC's industrial labs and at regional employer facilities.
• Maintain records of instructional activities and track trainee progress.
