• Experience with billing, payments, and collections processes.
• Knowledge of service/home-services industry is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with deadlines.
• Experience with QuickBooks and basic bookkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts receivable and monitor customer balances.
• Contact customers about overdue invoices and arrange payments.
• Process and apply payments accurately; resolve billing discrepancies.
• Assist with accounts payable and vendor invoices.
• Support job costing and cost allocations to projects.
• Maintain notes and records in QuickBooks and systems.
