Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of accounts payable processes and basic budgeting.
• Experience with expense reports and journal entries and accounting documentation.
• Experience in K–12 education, public sector, or governmental accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and code invoices and verify accuracy and proper authorization.
• Ensure timely payment to vendors in line with district policies and budgets.
• Prepare and reconcile expense reports and assist with journal entries for accounts payable.
• Support month-end and year-end closing with Finance and Accounting teams.
• Maintain accurate records and resolve payment discrepancies.
• Respond to internal and external inquiries and support process improvements.
