Markent Personnel in Hope, AR is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations, lead the accounting staff, and partner with the Controller on month-end close and financial reporting. This on-site, full-time role requires strong detail orientation and ERP experience.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of accounting experience with direct reports, familiarity with ERP systems (Dynamics 365 Business Central preferred), and a willingness to travel as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ years of accounting experience with direct reports.
• Proven financial reporting skills and ability to meet deadlines.
• Detail oriented with strong analytical mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to travel as needed.
• CPA/CMA license or eligibility is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Team Leadership: Supervise staff, answer technical questions, and guide daily workflow.
• Financial Close: Prepare and review journal entries, conduct inventory counts/reconciliations, and generate month-end reports.
• Tax & Compliance: Prepare sales & use tax returns, enforce internal controls, and maintain data confidentiality.
• Process Improvement: Analyze financial options, assist with corporate accounting initiatives, and lead special projects.
