KLA Industries seeks an Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting activities on-site in Hope, AR. You will supervise staff, manage month-end close, handle inventory reconciliations, and support payroll, audits, and tax reporting.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance and 2+ years of experience with direct reports. CPA/CMA eligibility is a plus; familiarity with Dynamics 365 Business Central is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 2+ years accounting experience with direct reports.
• Proven financial reporting, detail orientation, and deadline discipline.
• Strong interpersonal skills with willingness to travel as needed.

• Lead accounting staff and oversee daily operations.
• Manage month-end close, journal entries, and inventory reconciliations.
• Prepare sales and use tax returns; enforce internal controls and confidentiality.
