RNInk is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to oversee daily accounting operations and partner with the Controller. You will lead the accounting staff, manage the month-end close, oversee inventory reconciliations, and support payroll, audits, and tax reporting.

The role emphasizes team leadership, accurate financial reporting, and collaboration with cross-functional teams in a hands-on, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ years of accounting experience with direct reports.
• Proven financial reporting skills, detail orientation, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to travel as needed.

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily accounting operations and month-end close.
• Supervise staff and support payroll, audits, and tax reporting.
• Prepare journal entries, inventory counts/reconciliations, and month-end reports.
• Contribute to process improvements and lead special projects.
