The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Accounting or related field, has at least 2 years in a supervisory accounting role, and excels in Excel and ERP processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in accounting supervisory role
• CPA or CMA designation preferred but not required
• Proficient in accounting software and Excel
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct the daily activities of the Accounts Payable staff, ensuring timely and accurate processing
• Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement analysis
• Contribute to audit readiness by maintaining accurate records and adherence to policies
• Collaborate with internal departments to streamline and improve accounting procedures
• Monitor department work to develop efficient processes and resource use
• Prepare and present financial reports highlighting trends and issues
• Provide training and mentorship to junior accounting staff
