Job summary

6 Degrees Search is seeking an Accounting Supervisor to manage daily accounting operations, lead the team, and partner with the Controller. You will oversee the month-end close, inventory reconciliations, payroll support, audits, and tax reporting.

This on-site role requires strong technical skills, leadership, and the ability to drive process improvements in a dynamic environment. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s in accounting or finance, 2+ years of supervisory accounting experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 2+ years of accounting experience with direct reports.
• Proven financial reporting skills, detail orientation, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and willingness to travel as needed.
• CPA/CMA license preferred.
• Experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise accounting staff and guide daily workflow.
• Oversee monthly close, journal entries, and inventory counts/reconciliations.
• Support payroll, audits, and tax reporting.
