Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years’ experience with materials, accounting, inventory or production systems in a manufacturing, military or related environment.
• Experience with reconciling variances and performing cycle counts is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Record and track all production activities within the manufacturing systems.
• Perform master data maintenance including entry and validation of materials requirements and production planning metrics.
• Reconcile materials usage transactions and resolve variances.
• Perform inventory management functions such as cycle counts, variance analysis and balance reconciliation.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams such as production, operations, quality and accounting.
• Make data-driven recommendations for improvements to accounting and production processes.
