Job summary

Martin Inc. is seeking an On-Site Account Manager to serve as the primary customer contact, supporting purchasing, engineering, and manufacturing teams.

You will focus on growing the business, identifying cost savings, and driving process improvements while maintaining strong vendor relationships. The role requires coordinating with Martin Sales on samples, testing, quotes, and value-added services, and delivering regular reporting on sales, fill rates, and new product requests.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; additional degree preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and MS Office required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for customers at the job site.
• Manage vending, product, and inventory control.
• Enter orders and follow up with customers.
• Coordinate with Sales on quotes and value-added services.
• Provide regular sales and performance reports.
• Build strong vendor relationships and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Ensure PPE requirements and safety processes are followed.
