Job summary

Martin Inc. in Dyersburg, TN is seeking a seasoned Site Manager to lead our on-site MRO operation. You will oversee inventory, purchasing, team leadership, financial performance, and customer satisfaction as the primary link between the customer, Martin, suppliers, and the on-site team.

Responsibilities include managing daily storeroom activities, building strong customer relationships, driving cost savings, and reporting KPIs to leadership while pursuing new service opportunities and growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in MRO operations, industrial distribution, or inventory management.
• Ability to supervise and develop teams while managing customer relationships.
• Strong purchasing, budgeting, and P&L awareness with cost-saving focus.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/inventory systems for reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead Site Operations: manage day-to-day MRO storeroom activities including purchasing and inventory control.
• Build Customer Relationships: be the main customer contact and resolve issues promptly.
• Improve Cost and Performance: analyze spend and processes to identify savings and improvements.
• Manage Financial Performance: oversee budget, review results, and implement actions.
• Track and Communicate Results: present KPIs and financial results to customer and leadership.
• Support Business Growth: identify opportunities for new services and proposals.
