Job summary

MARTIN INCORPORATED is seeking an On-Site Account Manager to partner with customers and lead purchasing, engineering, and manufacturing support. You will drive cost savings, grow the business, and maintain strong vendor relationships to deliver value.

The role emphasizes daily customer interaction, adherence to PPE requirements, and cross-functional collaboration to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sales or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Become proficient with the ERP system and maintain up-to-date product data.
• Manage all aspects of vending, product, components, programs, and inventory control.
• Enter orders and perform follow-up with customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with Inventory Control to ensure proper levels.
• Respond to service requests from customers and ensure PPE compliance.
• Work independently and with the Martin Sales team on samples, quotes, and value-added services.
• Provide periodic sales, fill-rate, and new product reporting to customers.
