Martin Inc. is seeking a dependable On-Site Buyer to oversee daily non-stock purchases within the customer’s MRO storeroom and tool cribs at a manufacturing facility.

This on-site role requires close collaboration with maintenance, operations, and procurement teams to support daily production needs. The Buyer reviews requisitions, develops reliable sources of supply, prepares bid specs, requests bids, evaluates quotations, and acts as a liaison between user departments and vendors.

Formación

• 3 Years of Purchasing Experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting (preferred).
• Strong organizational, communication, and mathematical skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Review and analyze departmental purchase requisitions, ensuring completeness and accuracy.
• Identify and select vendors based on price, quantity, quality, and delivery date; place orders accordingly.
• Create and review purchase orders; resolve accounts payable issues and assist users with inquiries.
