You will escort contractors, manage access control systems, and coordinate vendor activities to maintain secure, well-maintained sites. The role requires strong electronics troubleshooting, a valid driver's license for local travel, and the ability to work in fast-paced environments with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Strong technical acumen and electronics troubleshooting skills.
• Valid Driver's License with ability to travel between local client sites.
• Ability to self-start in structured and unstructured environments with strict attention to detail.
• Strong electronic communication skills for coordinating with team members, managers, vendors, and clients.
• Familiarity with general electrical and electronics safety procedures and protocols.
• Proven ability to perform under pressure with competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Escort maintenance contractors into restricted spaces, ensuring adherence to security protocols.
• Update and maintain access control software systems for security compliance.
• Process vendor work orders administratively and track progress.
• Log maintenance activities, vendor interactions, and security-related incidents.
• Oversee small maintenance and repair projects, coordinating timelines and resources.
• Respond to urgent maintenance needs and security concerns during the day.
