Job summary

JBA Institute in Long Island, CA is seeking an ABA Scheduling and Operations Coordinator to maintain day-to-day operations and assist with HR duties within the clinical and administrative team.

This on-site role may allow limited remote work with approval and requires coordination of client and staff sessions, scheduling, and adherence to family-centered care. Opportunities exist to contribute to access and efficiency across our clinic.

Qualifications

• 1 year of ABA experience or 1 year in related healthcare/behavioral health.
• 1 year of healthcare administration experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and strong organizational skills.
• On-site work at the ABA clinic in Long Island, CA

• Maintain day-to-day operations and assist with HR duties.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing processes.
