Job summary

Children’s Specialized ABA in Union City, NJ is seeking a Center Administrator to oversee daily ABA clinic operations and support BTs/RBTs on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities include onboarding, staffing, scheduling, coaching staff, coordinating with intake, and maintaining a positive, organized work environment on-site from 8:45am to 5:00pm.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Previous experience in an administrative role.
• Previous experience in an ABA Clinic.
• Must have 2+ years leadership experience.
• Reliability—ability to work a consistent schedule.
• Access to reliable vehicle or public transportation.

Join Us as a Center Administrator

The Center Administrator role is responsible for the coaching supervision of employees within the centers. This role is intended to provide direct support to BTs and RBTs on a day‑to‑day basis.

What You'll Do

• Responsible for the daily operations of the ABA clinic
• Create and maintain a positive, high‑energy work environment for all staff. Oversee the maintenance of an organized and clean environment.
• Coordinates new hire orientation/onboarding and staff training.
• Coordinate with intake department regarding capacity.
• Employee coaching, supervision, management.
• Manage staff and family complaints.
• Coordinate related services (Speech and OT).
• Conduct tours to families and explain the benefits of our program.
• Oversee daily schedule and compliance with call outs.
• Manage call outs, substitutes, and group sessions.
• Minimize clients sent home due to staffing shortages.
• Call families to cancel sessions, if needed.
• Approve clinic staff PTO and ensure company policies are being followed.
• Communicate frequently with all parents and staff, obtain quarterly feedback.Create and maintain employee retention programs.
• Other duties as assigned

What You'll Need

• High School diploma or equivalent. Bachelors Degree Preferred
• Previous experience in an administrative role
• Previous experience in an ABA Clinic
• Must have 2 or more years leadership experience
• Reliability- ability to work a consistent schedule throughout the week
• Access to a reliable vehicle or public transportation

Work Location & Hours

This is a full-time, on‑site position in our Union City EI Center. The core hours for this role are 8:45am to 5:00pm.

Compensation

The expected salary range for this role is $60,000–$68,000 per year, and the position is bonus eligible.

Final compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your skills, education, experience, certifications, market conditions, and internal equity. All offers are made in alignment with applicable federal and state laws.
