• Ability to manage patches, backups, and system upgrades.

Responsibilities

• Provide 24/7 remote, on-site IT support to EOUSA and USAO IT staff.
• Monitor and maintain enterprise IT infrastructure in a Network Operations Center environment.
• Perform system administration tasks including patching, backups, and upgrades.
• Ensure compliance with government security standards and document changes.
