Job summary

Global Guardian, LLC is seeking a Command Center Security Analyst to manage day-to-day operations, triage calls, and coordinate incident response from the McLean, VA office. This role requires strong threat intelligence understanding, excellent communication, and the ability to work well under pressure in a 24/7 environment.

You will handle intake and escalation, maintain incident records, and collaborate with executives, security operators, and law enforcement to protect clients and staff

Qualifications

• 3 years experience in emergency management, crisis management, emergency operations centers, or related field.
• Experience working in a GSOC preferred.
• Familiarity with OSINT intelligence and investigative tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Emergency Management, Criminal Justice, International Relations, Security Studies, Political Science, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with video surveillance, access control, threat intelligence, mass notification, and incident case management systems.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 products.

Responsibilities

• Handle intake, triage and response to all Command Center calls, including distressed persons.
• Review intelligence feeds and escalate threats to incident management channels.
• Maintain meticulous data keeping for incident management and tracking.
• Respond, compile and report information regarding security incidents.
• Operate multi-line telephone and support Success Academy with incident-related requests.
• Escalate critical event information to Command Center manager per SOPs.
• Identify and prioritize emergency situations as they develop.
• Communicate effectively with executives, staff, and law enforcement.
• Perform Operations Center functions and maintain duty logs.
• Seek efficiencies across all Command Center functions.
