GSG Protective Services is seeking a sharp GSOC Analyst to support a 24/7 Global Security Operations Center for a major media client with worldwide operations. The role provides real-time monitoring, incident response, and intelligence support to protect personnel and assets internationally.

Remote work is not available, and rotating shifts apply. Required: a bachelor’s degree or 2+ years in security operations, strong communication skills, and the ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or 2+ years experience in security operations or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication; reports under pressure.
• Proactive communication and stakeholder outreach.
• Decision making under time pressure in high-stress situations.
• Experience parsing information in emergency contexts.
• Knowledge of current global events and geopolitics.
• Advanced computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all channels and meet KPI response times.
• Support 24/7 GSOC operations for a global client.
• Respond to assistance requests from employees worldwide.
• Act as first line of response for crisis communications.
• Monitor access control systems and security cameras; respond to alarms.
• Manage data feeds and logs for traveler safety and incidents.
• Log events for alerts, reports, and trend analysis.
• Synthesize data from vendor feeds to support research.
• Issue timely security alerts to stakeholders.
• Support crisis mitigation and business continuity planning.
