Job summary

XR Extreme Reach is seeking an On-Set Manager to oversee SAG-AFTRA adherence and on-set operations for the CMC Forecast project. You will coordinate with production, clients, and the 2nd AD, ensuring contracts are complete, documents are collected, and talent needs are met.

The role requires 3-5 years on-set production experience, strong organization, and the ability to work weekends and travel as needed in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Highschool Diploma or Equivalent.
• 3-5 years of on-set production experience.
• Knowledge of SAG-AFTRA Commercial CBA.
• Ability to work outside of normal business hours, including weekends; ability to travel as necessary.
• Tech savvy, able to operate a laptop, portable scanner, and portable printer.

Responsibilities

• Establish contact with production and client personnel prior to talent call time.
• Establish relationship with the 2nd Assistant Director.
• Collect I9’s, W2’s, W4’s, and minor trust documents as applicable.
• Collect and review Talent Contracts; ensure contracts are not crossed out and client initials are present.
• Provide copies of contract documents to Talent.
• Confirm performer photo in wardrobe is attached to contracts.
• Meet with Union reps as necessary.
• Confirm dressing rooms are suitable (cleanliness, temperature, separate areas).
• Confirm proper working restroom facilities.
• Confirm Craft Services has beverage options.
• For work with minors, check in with Nurse and identify suitable teaching/wait areas.
• Check in with client/production for prior day work to be included in time report.
• Assist with monitoring talent work hours for breaks and overtime.
• Review monitors for potential extras upgrades and prepare talent upgrade estimates.
• Ensure client sends requested documents to Business Affairs/CMC Manager within 3 days of shoot.
• Other projects and duties as assigned.
