J.... is seeking an experienced Construction Procurement professional to support our fast-paced fabrication shop. You will source materials, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely delivery while coordinating with multiple shop leads and the accounting team.

Responsibilities include obtaining quotes, issuing POs, tracking approvals, and maintaining meticulous cost records. The role requires strong organization, multitasking, and flexible hours, including overtime/weekends.

Formación

• Proven experience in purchasing, procurement, shop management (set construction/fabrication a plus).
• Strong knowledge of building materials.

Responsabilidades

• Purchase materials and services to meet tight timelines.
• Obtain quotes, negotiate pricing, and issue POs.
• Coordinate deliveries, will-call pickups, and returns.
• Maintain vendor relationships and develop new sources.
• Match POs, receipts, invoices, and assist accounting with documentation.
• Maintain project cost records and logs.
• Support on-set and shop with urgent purchases.
• Ensure purchasing complies with safety and company policies.
• Coordinate shop and truck maintenance.
