Job summary

We are looking for a responsible Procurement assistant to obtain quotes from approved suppliers in a timely manner. You will be responsible for ensuring quotes meet contract requirements, production dates etc. The Procurement assistant must have a keen eye for detail and basic math skills. Must have clerical skills to update records and follow up with suppliers. The goal is to ensure we order the correct size materials, specifications, quantities, with a lead time that conforms to the production schedule. Working in the field with crew and onsite.
