Capstone Logistics, LLC is hiring a General Laborer / On-Route Helper in Lewisville, TX. The role involves assisting the Driver on residential routes, loading waste, and ensuring courteous, safe service to customers.

No diploma or prior experience is required, and there is strong potential for growth as we promote from within. Morning shift available and weekly pay with benefits after 60 days.

Qualifications

• Prior general labor or waste/recycling experience is a plus, but not required.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to follow safety policies and schedules, with a positive attitude.
• Consent to a background check and drug screen.
• Reliable transportation, carpooling encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Driver on designated routes by riding along and providing support.
• Load refuse, bags, and containers into the truck safely on residential routes.
• Ride along to service customers and help the Driver during waste removal.
• Operate packing mechanisms and controls to load materials.
• Maintain cleanliness of the vehicle, route, and work area.
• Interact professionally with customers and dispatchers to ensure timely service.
• Monitor waste for unacceptable materials and uphold productivity and safety standards.
